THREE BREATHS: A GUIDED GROUNDING PRACTICE
Our bodies, our breath, and our presence can be art supplies. This short guided practice is an invitation to create scaffolding — right now, wherever you are — using nothing more than three breaths.
The first breath is for releasing — letting go of whatever you're carrying from the past. The second is for presence — arriving into this moment, knowing you are not alone. The third is for the road ahead — breathing in whatever you want to carry forward, possible or impossible.
Each breath is an invitation, not a requirement. You can return to this practice anytime — in a hard moment, a quiet one, or anywhere in between. Each time you do, you are scaffolding your journey.
